From family health, healthy eating and being active. There is so much that you can cover under family wellbeing. Talking to your children and enjoying the outdoor activities on offer it all adds to a greater understanding of themselves and the world around them. I hope to teach my children mindfulness, consideration for others and in particular how to care for themselves and those around them.
