I took this photograph whilst out on one of our daily walks to one of our favourite places. The children love being able to roam free in the gardens at Springfields and I don’t have to worry about them running out into the roads.
This bridge always takes their interest and they stand like this for a good 5 to 10 minutes. Sometimes longer if I allow them and they just stare. I often wonder to myself, what are they thinking? Are they thinking anything or are they just transfixed by the ripples of the water.
I treasure these moments where we get to do exactly as we please, to just roam from one pretty place to another. They are growing so fast and it won’t be long before Little Bean starts school. That’s when things will change and our little team will have to wait for school holidays to enjoy days like these again.
