Every year i get a new calendar and diary, every year i start with the best intentions of keeping up with the planning. Will this be the year i actually keep up with it all? Do you have any recommendations to ensure i keep on top of my plans and keep using my diary/calendar?

I put all dates and plan in my own electronic diary and send emails to invite the friends / family members, a printed copy sometime goes in the kitchen.
I do tend to use the diary in my phone quite often, at least it’s the one thing which I actually look at every day and I like the reminders. Thanks for your ideas 🙂
