For the past few weeks, I have been using the Flexispot Comhar all-in-one standing desk in my home office so today I want to share my thoughts and findings with you should you be looking to invest in a new desk for your office.

How I use my FlexiSpot Desk
When you are busy it can be easy to lose track of time and only remember to stand when you start to feel pain. For that reason I have found it is best to set a timer for 60 minutes to sit, followed by 20 minutes to stand. Sometimes when I stand, I put my music on and dance around at the same time (providing I am not writing). This really helps with blood flow and getting my body moving. I even manage to add a few steps to my daily count for added bonus!
I’ve had a standing desk for a few years now and I love it! Mine isn’t this fancy, it’s just a desk we custom-built to the right height for me. The biggest game-changer was getting the right mat for my feet so they don’t hurt from standing all day.
It looks like a great standing desk. I have a standing desk and it has completely changed my life – pain free now. Highly recommend it.
It must be said that it is a very particular desk, at first glance its shape struck me, but then reading it I understood why and for those like us who work a lot on the PC it is essential to do it with the best tools.
I keep seeing more and more people switch to standing desks! This one looks really lovely, I’ll have to consider getting one.
I want to look at standing risers to place on my desk as I like the idea of standing and moving around a bit when working as we do sit too much. This looks like such a lovely desk x

Standing desks have really gained in popularity! It definitely is a good way to switch things up when you are feeling neck and back pain from sitting for hours on end.
