There are plenty of things you can do to reduce stress and deal with stressful situations more effectively. 5. Enjoy the Food and Drinks that You Like 

We all have so much to do, so many appointments to keep, and so many things to take care of. It’s totally natural to want to relax and enjoy yourself, but it’s important not to feel guilty about it. It’s easy to feel like you’re not doing everything you should be. But you don’t have to be perfect all the time. Eat some of your comfort food or put everything into a smoothie blender and make yourselves an ice-cold smoothie to brighten your day.
