Whenever I feel poorly, I turn to soup. It’s easy to eat, it’s tasty, nutritious, filling and makes you feel all warm and snuggly. Ainsley Harriott has just launched a new premium range of soups especially for the cold winter months or just when you feel the need. They are so simple to prepare, it won’t matter if your head is so full of cotton wool you can’t remember what day it is because the convenient tubs are microwavable.
The soups are available in 4 vegetarian flavours and 2 non-vegetarian;
Veggie | Non-Veggie |
Malaysian Lentil | Red Thai Style Chicken |
Yorkshire Carrot & Rocket | Spanish Chorizo and Paprika |
Tuscan Cherry Tomato | |
Mediterranean Red Pepper |
It’s such a shame that I can’t get my children to eat soup because for the past 3-4 days we have all been struck down with the dreaded lurgy so Hubby and I have found solace in the bottom of the Ainsley Harriott soup tubs. My flavour of choice was the Yorkshire Carrot and Rocket. The subtle peppery flavour of the Rocket is the perfect accompaniment for the sweet Yorkshire Carrots. For Hubby, it was the Red Thai Style Chicken because it had “a bit of a kick to it” although to be honest, he has enjoyed all of them and testament to that, they turned up in our shopping trolley this week!
Ainsley Harriott’s NEW Premium Soups are available NOW in Tesco, Morrisons and Asda RRP £1.69.
