Say you’ve purchased an amazing Good America item, but upon trying it on, you realize it either doesn’t fit or isn’t what you were expecting. Unfortunately, these things happen, but what can you do? You’ll be happy to know that if you purchased your item from the Good American site, they would happily accept the return of your item if:
- It is within 21 days of the date your order was shipped
- It is unused and in the original condition with all tags attached
- If it’s swimwear or bodysuits that have a protective adhesive, it must still be attached for the Good American return to be accepted
You can choose to either go with an exchange for the item, receive store credit, or be refunded to the original form of payment. Keep in mind that returned items can be subject to a restocking fee, which is $2.99 if you return with a Happy Returns return bar or $7.99 if you return with a UPS label. Exchanges are free (no restocking fee) as a return for store credit.
