Looking for an alternative gift idea?

Buying gifts for friends and loved ones can get a little stale after time, you end up heading down the same old aisles and selecting items along a similar theme just in a different colour year on year. Don’t you sometimes wish you could do something a little different? How about a language course? At school I loved languages and always hoped to carry it on once I left school but life took over and the languages slipped by the wayside. I hope one day to learn Italian as I think it’s a beautiful language and Italy holds some very special memories for me.

With Rosetta Stone you can learn any language of your choice at your own pace in the comfort of your own home. Just think about the possibilities learning a new language could create, a passion for new places to visit or even new career prospects. If you pop over to the website there’s a great offer on to save £120 for a limited time as well as the option to try Rosetta Stone for free.

Rosetta Stone

To get us into the festive spirit Rosetta Stone gifted us with a family activity box and at the weekend Hubby, Little Bean and I sat down together as the boys were sleeping and made our own crackers ready to be pulled on Christmas day. They were supposed to have a festive language twist with little foreign messages in each cracker, unfortunately Beanie Boy had discovered them first and used them for his cutting and sticking practice. Our crackers look great anyway and we had lots of fun making them.

DISCLAIMER: We received a family activity box together with a six month trial of a language course of my choice free of charge for the purpose of this post. All words, images and opinions are my own and may not be copied without my permission.
