A while ago I saw a tweet pop up on Tweetdeck about a competition which Citroen UK had launched to take 5 lucky winners and a guest each to go on a 5 star, 3 day break to St Tropez where they would be the first people in the UK to test-drive the new Citroen DS5. In order to enter you had to write in 50 words or less why they should pick you and I can’t even remember what I wrote.
Two weeks ago I received a call to say that I was through to the final 20 and could they ask me a few more questions. I tried not to get too excited about it and just mentioned it in passing to Hubby. A week later I received an email to say that I had made it through to the final 10 and could they interview me on Skype. After a quick chat on Skype I was told that I would find out in the next couple of days if I had made it to the final 5 and on Thursday evening I received the call – I had won!!!
So in the next few days I will be getting on a plane with Hubby and the other winners to begin our DS5 experience and I cannot wait. I have always loved the Citroen DS3 so I’m really intrigued to get up close and personal with the DS5. Watch this space, I will be back to tell you allllllll about it!

I’m hoping so although at the moment it’s looking pretty chilly so I might still have to pack my winter warmers!
