Can it really be over three years since I was pregnant with Little Bean? Where has that time gone? It seems like only yesterday that I saw the pink line appear on the pregnancy test and I can’t begin to tell you how excited I was. I promised that I wouldn’t get carried away buying things for the baby but who was I kidding?
I am lucky enough to live very close to one of the largest Nursery Shops around I was in there every week dreaming up how I wanted the baby’s nursery to look. Hubby and I worked together so on our lunch break we would head off to the shop and browse to our hearts content – ok so we may have bought a few things too.
When the time finally came to put the nursery together, it felt like I was ‘playing at being Mummy’, even though I had a big bump in my tummy to prove otherwise it was hard to imagine that in just a few short months there would be a baby laying in the cot or cuddled in my arms. There was so much to think about though, cot bumpers, cotton sheets, duvets, pinks, blues, lemons – what on earth did I know about making a nursery perfect for our new arrival? Obviously we got there and I think we did ok but now there is something to help you plan your baby’s nursery. Persil Non-Bio and Comfort Pure have teamed up with an interior designer and a skincare expert to bring you the Best Nest Guide which is full of tips on how to prepare and ‘cuddle-proof’ your nursery to be sure that it is soft, comfortable and perfect for your new baby.
