Last Summer I was lucky enough to review two great books from Little Button Diaries which the Beans have loved working their way through. Well now, Little Button Diaries have added a new title to their name; The Pirate Craft Book for all those wannabe swashbucklers out there.
The Pirate Craft Book
Packed to the gunnels a whole heap of crafts The Pirate Craft Book allows you to create everything your little pirate needs. Containing 15 fantastic pirate-themed projects to make. You will be swashbuckling along with your creative, crafty children in no time. Aimed at both boys and girls aged 3 years and upwards, all of the projects can be made either from readily available items or from easy-to-source materials and the really great thing is that you need little to no crafting experience so if you’re not a crafty parent yourself, you can learn along with your little ones.
As well as pirate projects to wear and essential pirate accessories, there are also pirate-themed cakes and nibbles to make too. Projects include: pirate treasure chest, eye patch, captain’s hook, pretty Polly, pirate hat, telescope and skull & crossbones cookies.
Award-winning bloggers Laura Minter and Tia Williams of Little Button Diaries have pulled it out of the bag yet again with this little gem of a book. It’s a great book to have at home for rainy day fun, to give as a gift for birthdays or Christmas or if you’re looking for birthday party inspiration, it’s all in here!
